New Zealand Natives and Exotics
Trans Pacific Timbers is able to supply NZ natives such as Kauri, Rimu, Matai and Kahikatea timber for use on the domestic market.
In addition Trans Pacific Timbers is able to supply exotics in the form of Macrocarpa and various Eucalyptus timber, grown in New Zealand, to the domestic and export market. These timbers are used primarily in the construction, joinery, and furniture markets.
Radiata
Trans Pacific Timbers is able to supply Radiata Pine products in a range of grades, for both internal and external uses.
External uses include Decking, Framing, Retaining Walls, Weatherboards and outside structures such as Pergolas. Timber for these applications is all CCA Treated.
Internal uses include Sarking, Panelling, Joinery, as well as being used to manufacture furniture. Timber for these applications is normally Kiln Dried and Machined.
